Job description
Description- Authorization of trade and Retail Inland & Forex related transactions in Core Banking System as per Bank's internal policies, SOPs and ICC guidelines as well as RBI/FEMA norms.
- Operations will be handled from Centralized Trade Processing cell extending service to all business segments of the Bank.
- Verify trade finance transactions to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, guidelines, and industry standards across all products handled by the unit.
- Adherence to TAT defined for each products.
- No operational loss, no miss out of transactions to be ensured.
- Quality service to various stake holders of the Bank and to client facing branches for solving queries and issues promptly.
- Execution of transactions with due diligence and total compliance to FEMA/RBI norms.
- Attending RBI/internal/concurrent/external auditors to conduct audits of the unit and rectification of observations if any as per the timeline stipulated.
Learning and Development - Keeping updated on AML/KYC/RBI guidelines and attaining growth by complying with regulatory guidelines. Making use of E-Learning course modules and completing the same within the timeline and passing capacity building courses pertaining to Forex and Trade Finance.
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Qualifications:
Graduation (Any Specialization)
Post Graduation (Any Specialization)
Trade IIBF certification preferable
