- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on CNC machinery to ensure optimal operation.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical faults in CNC machines, including ball screw, hydraulic power pack, and spindle service.
- Interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
- Independently handle maintenance tasks for Tc, HMC, VMC, and VTL machines, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify maintenance needs and schedule maintenance activities without hampering production schedules.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and service intervals.
- Adhere to safety standards and protocols while performing maintenance tasks.
- Diploma or degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of total work experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance of CNC machinery.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in both electrical and mechanical domains.
- Proficient in the maintenance of Tc, HMC, VMC, and VTL machines.
- Ability to work independently and manage maintenance tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the production team and other departments.
- Knowledge of safety standards and protocols in a manufacturing environment.
