    Job Description:

    • We are building a production-grade, multi-agent AI system on Azure that automates complex evidence-based assessments using a 13+ agent topology with parallel execution, hybrid RAG retrieval, real-time streaming, and automated quality gates.
    • The successful candidate will lead the team of 4-6 engineers across backend, agent dev, frontend, and DevOps. They will conduct code reviews, mentor the team, unblock challenges and ensure sprint commitments are met.

    • Azure Cloud – Certified & Current
      • 8+ years hands-on Azure cloud architecture and engineering.
      • Active Azure certifications – minimum two of: AZ-305 (Solutions Architect Expert), AI-102 (AI Engineer Associate), AZ-204 (Developer Associate), or AZ-400 (DevOps Engineer Expert).
