    Description
    • Key Responsibilities:
    • Overall experience of 4 to 10 years with 3+ years of relevant experience.
    • Collaborate with application owners and stakeholders to understand their requirements for integrating their applications with Okta.
    • Assess the compatibility of applications with Okta's authentication and authorization mechanisms.
    • Configure and customize Okta to meet the specific needs of each application, including single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA).
    • Develop and maintain documentation for the onboarding process, including technical specifications, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
    • Work closely with the IT security team to ensure that onboarding processes comply with security policies and standards.
    • Provide technical support to application owners during the onboarding process, including troubleshooting integration issues and resolving configuration errors.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and support, to ensure smooth and successful application onboarding.
    • Stay informed about new features and updates in the Okta platform and recommend best practices for application integration.
