Roles andResponsibilities This willinclude but is not limited to:
To prepareTraining Calendars/PJP and get business sign offs To conduct Sales training as well as On theJob coaching on Telecom products processessales To ensureeffective and high quality training delivery To conduct indepth evaluation of the impactof the training programs Provide feedbackto trainees as well as provide support coach them as and whenrequired To attend zonal reviews andpresent reports To ensure 100% compliancein preparation of reports and other internal processes
Skills Required Excellent written and spokencommunication skills Candidate must have anexperience in sales for 3 years minimum. Candidate with Enterprise Sales Training experience in Telecomindustry will be considered Candidate with Broad band experience willbe preferred.
