Windows Networking:Job Description
Standard for all Tracks
o 4+ years of experience in Windows Administration, Networking, Performance Tuning, Patch Management, Windows Upgrades into production environment, including customer facing or customer support roles.
o Need to be flexible to work in shifts following US holiday calendar. Majority work time will be EST time zone.Soft Skills
o Leadership - handle technically challenging and politically sensitive customer situations
o Strong communications skills – Excellent spoken and written English communication.
o Effective, polished interaction with customer to gather information quickly; explain customer responsibilities in resolving issue; communicate next steps and status; and inspire confidence

o CCNA/CCNP Certified

o Remote access (DirectAccess)
o Site-to-site VPN connectivity issues
