Contract Review:
Review and draft contracts leases and other legal documents relatedto propertymanagement ensuring compliancewith relevant laws and regulations. Adviseon legal implications and risks associated with contractualagreements.2.


Compliance:
Stay abreast of local state andfederal laws and regulations affecting propertymanagement. Ensure the companys policies andpractices comply with legal requirements.
Provide training to staff on legal and compliancematters.3.


LitigationManagement:
Represent the company in legalproceedings including disputes evictions and otherlitigationmatters.
Collaborate with external legal counsel whennecessary.4.


RiskManagement:
Identify potential legal risksand provide proactive solutions to mitigate suchrisks. Work with other departments todevelop and implement risk managementstrategies.5.


DisputeResolution:
Mediate and negotiate disputesbetween the company and tenants contractors orotherstakeholders.
Advise on alternative dispute resolutionmethods.6.


DueDiligence:
Conduct legal due diligence onproperty acquisitions ensuring compliance with zoninglawsenvironmental regulations and otherlegal requirements

7 PolicyDevelopment:
Contribute to the developmentand updating of company policies to align withlegalrequirements

Develop and implement compliance programs8Collaboration:
Collaborate with otherdepartments such as operations finance and risk managementtoaddress legal issues affecting thebusiness

Qualifications:
LLB/LLM degree from an accredited lawschool. Proven experience as a legalconsultant or attorney preferably with a focus on real estateorproperty law.
Strong knowledge of property management laws andregulations. Excellent research analyticaland problemsolving skills. Effectivecommunication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in ateam.
