Job Title: Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.
• Act as the primary liaison between design, engineering, procurement teams, and external suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
• Source components and manage supplier relationships, optimizing costs and ensuring supply chain efficiency.
• Oversee daily procurement operations, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services for PCB assembly projects.
• Manage the procurement budget, ensuring compliance with financial policies and project cost control.
• Ensure quality standards in PCB assembly are met, while maintaining thorough project documentation and compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Continuously evaluate and improve procurement and project management processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, procurement, or supply chain management within the defense, aerospace, or similar sectors.
• Knowledge of PCB fabrication, procurement processes, and supply chain optimization.
• Strong negotiation abilities and experience managing supplier relationships.
• Proficient in BOM (Bill of Materials) management and cost optimization techniques.
• Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project, Jira, or similar tools.
• PREFERRED EXPERIENCE IN AEROSPACE OR DEFENSE SECTORS.
• Familiarity with supply chain optimization and best practices in procurement.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in defense or aerospace procurement.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
