    We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive cum Business Development Executive

    to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for generating leads,

    identifying potential clients, and nurturing relationships to drive business growth.

    Requirements:

    1 years of experience in lead generation and business development within the HR industry.

    Proven track record in sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.

    Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

    Familiarity with HR services, trends, and client pain points.

    Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.

    Bachelors degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.

    Responsibilities:

    Generate leads through targeted outreach, networking, and industry research within the HR domain.

    Identify potential clients, initiate contact, and nurture relationships to expand the client base.

    Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies.

    Qualify leads, manage the sales pipeline, and drive conversion through effective communication.

    Maintain a strong understanding of HR services, tailoring offerings to meet client needs.

    Present sales reports, performance metrics, and market insights to management.
