    Job Title: Manager – Supply Chain Management – Business Operations, Automation & Digital Transformation

    Department: Supply Chain Management – Centre of Excellence

    Location: Airtel Centre, Gurgaon, Haryana 122008

    Employment Type: Full Time

    Reports To: Head – Centre of Excellence, SCM

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Review process controls, automation, digitization, productivity parameters, ease of operations etc. and design, review controls and further assess for improvements and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with all sourcing, finance, compliance and Engineering teams to drive projects for continuous efficiencies.
  • Support business users across SCM and commercial teams to carry out setups using the super-user responsibility.
  • Use Agile methodology to drive all Change requests, track and monitor for timely delivery.
  • Develop BRD and JIRA for all change requests and transformation projects.
  • Collaborate with users to Develop test cases and conduct UAT.
  • Pilot projects to enable for user's excellence in operations.
  • Review SLA KPI's across modules and work on enhancements for improvements
  • Work closely with Compliance team to help teams report healthy audit and compliance scores.
  • Coordinate with L2 and L3 IT support team for Data Extraction analysis and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) for facilitating effective corrections.
  • Qualifications:

  • MBA in Operations and Supply Chain Management from Top Tier Institution
  • Experience: 6-8 years

    Skills:

  • Sound understanding of procure to pay process.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • In-depth understanding of sourcing to contracting process in the value chain.
  • Customer focus - Drive to meet customer expectations.
  • Understanding of Oracle R12 (sourcing modules), knowledge/experience with Contract Management system will be advantageous.
