Associate Project Manager
We are an Australia-based custom solutions provider that produces top-quality bespoke software for global companies.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to join our team in a junior capacity, directly supporting our Project Managers across the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning through to delivery and post-implementation review. They will support the planning and delivery of custom software projects by coordinating scope, schedule, budget, and communications. Partner with senior PMs to keep teams aligned and clients informed.
This is an excellent entry point into project management within a fast-paced software environment. The Associate Project Manager will work closely with experienced Project Managers, gaining hands-on exposure to real projects while taking ownership of key coordination tasks. They need to be highly organised, proactive, and eager to learn. Strong written English is essential as is the ability to work collaboratively with all teams.
