    Job Summary:


    Our Technical Consultant I will be responsible for executing customer implementation projects based on Technical Consultant II and Product Management design.

    You will provide solutions to ensure high levels of performance and security. You will work with a team of consultants to complete a high-quality implementation in a short time frame.

    You will be expected to communicate frequently and clearly with teammates, perform tasks assigned to you by a deadline, and assist teammates with testing and feedback for their work.

    You may also work on support issues as assigned.


    Responsibilities:

    Utilize MS SQL Server and CaseWorthy ApBuilder
    • :
    • Develop and modify application functionality using MS SQL Server and the CaseWorthy ApBuilder
    • to meet customer requirements effectively.

    Master CaseWorthy Baseline Functionality:

    • Gain a deep understanding of CaseWorthy baseline functionality to inform design decisions and ensure that builtout solutions align with the Product team's design philosophy.

    Autonomous Functionality Building:

    • Translate requirements and design specs into actionable tasks, independently building functionality while focusing on individual components without the need for a comprehensive understanding of the entire system architecture.

    Task Tracking and Reporting:

    • Utilize the onboarding tool GuideCX to accurately track hours worked and monitor task progress. Provide regular updates on task completion status to ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives.

    Achieve Monthly Output Goals:

    • Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly output goals, demonstrating a commitment to delivering highquality work within hours assigned.

    Collaboration and Communication:

    • Foster open communication and collaboration by engaging frequently with supervisors and teammates. Share insights, progress updates, and challenges encountered to ensure collective success.
    • Perform any other duties as assigned by the management team, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the offshore technical operations.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Information Systems (or equivalent education or work experience)
    • 23 years' experience with Relational Database Management Systems
    • 1 to 2 years' experience with SQL and/or technical support
    • Ability to work in a team
    • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
    • Strong attention to detail
