We cater to young adults aged 16-35 and are building a solid team to achieve our mission statement.

We pride ourselves on building an ethical and sustainable supply chain and have international business partners with a proven track record of ethical practices.

Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Fashion Designer for our upcoming clothing line. We want a talented and visionary designer who would want to make a dent in the universe by adding to our vision and not just executing it. We are not hiring robots, so if you did not even read this line and just mass applied and did not even care to drop a line to the hiring team, you will not fit in with us.

We shall be offering equity for this position.

Since this is a crucial role, there will be three rounds of interviews for this position, and you will be required to submit a short project so that we can judge your ability to understand our vision and your overall execution.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understand our long-term vision
• Contribute to the larger scheme of things and help build the visual branding of the company
• Analyze the market and stay updated with current fashion trends, collections, competitor behavior, and customer preferences.
• Create original textile designs for apparel and accessories.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop new fabric concepts.
• Design product collections for different seasons and themes.
• Ensure that designs are in line with our brand philosophy.
• Collaborate with the production team and oversee the development of product samples.
• Promote new products, designs, and ideas for product innovations.
• Help the team hire the right skill

Requirements:

• Strategic thinking.
• Long term vision.
• 0-2 Yrs of work experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, refined aesthetics, and creative skills.
• Creative problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
• Networking with Photographers and Freelance Models.
