    Work Schedule

    The working days are six days a week (Monday to Saturday).

    Job Description

    A Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interviews, and selection procedures.

    To be successful in this role, a candidate should develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with business heads of sales divisions and other stakeholders as well as potential hires.

    Ultimately, the goal is to reduce the time-to-hire (TAT) and create strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate with business heads to identify staffing needs and assimilate selection criteria based on company standards.
    • Sourcing potential candidates through online channels, including social platforms and professional networks.
    • Identify critical positions for building a talent pipeline and anticipate future needs.
    • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening, assessments, and in-person interviews.
    • Assess candidate information using an Applicant Tracking System.
    • Design job descriptions and interview questions reflecting each position's requirements.
    • Lead employer branding initiatives.
    • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
    • Assist in employee retention and development.
    • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
    • Create reports using metrics to identify areas for improvement.

    Requirements

    • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in reputable companies.
    • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
    • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • A keen understanding of organizational roles and functions.
    • Candidate should have exposure to the pharmaceutical or medical devices domain.
