BUSINESS UNIT

ProcureTech digitally revolutionizes lodging procurement, connecting corporations and suppliers in a cutting-edge ecosystem. This enables seamless efficiency and automation, surpassing travelers' expectations. In the scope of ProcureTech, our Rebooking team is responsible for state-of-the-art technology that leverages data, AI and advanced technologies to align traveler experiences with the corporate programs of customers. The teams works on high volume data load that tracks millions of bookings daily looking for price fluctuations so that their technology automatically rebooks traveler reservations to capture savings for our customers.

POSITION

In the responsible position of the QA Engineer, the future position holder is responsible for the highest standards of quality in developing features and tests.

CHALLENGE

Work with the product & development teams on requirement specifications.
Collaborate with development teams on Quality Testing (integration, end-to-end, etc.).
Configure automated tests to execute reliably and efficiently in CI/CD environments.
Work with engineers and product managers to implement testing into the software development process at an early stage.
Analyze test results and document and report defects.
Proactively write test automation for new features and existing use cases.
Develop and maintain test documentation.

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

2+ years of work experience in testing software applications (Backend API) and Quality Assurance.
2+ years experience in application development in any programming language (Java, Python, ...)
BSc in STEM related courses or equivalent industry experience
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Proven track record of working with product management, developers, and production engineering in an Agile environment.
Strong knowledge of shell/bash scripting.
Experience in web services automated testing (REST API).
Fluency in programming languages (Python, Java, etc.) to automate manual testing or tasks.
Ability to aggregate data and transform data into meaningful information.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools is a big advantage.
Hands-on experience with QA from start to end of the software development lifecycle.
Very good organization, communication, and interpersonal skills (including Team management/collaboration skills).
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
