    Whatwill you be doing

    • Serveas the first point of contact for customers seeking technicalassistance.
    • Perform troubleshooting andprovide the best solution based on the issue and details providedby customers
    • Install and setup endusersworkstation environment
    • Direct unresolvedissues to the next level of supportpersonnel
    • Document and Record events/problemsand their resolution in logs and KBs
    • Followupand update customer status and information
    • Passon any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriateinternal team
    • Identify and suggest possibleimprovements on internal procedures
    • Ensure thenetwork infrastructure is functioning correctly and troubleshootany connectivityissues

    Requirements :

    • Minimumof 2 years of IT Support experience using enterpriselevel HelpDesk/IT ticketing system.
    • MCSA/MCSE/ MCTP/ CCNAcourse amust
    • Experience in working withMicrosoft Active Directory Users and Domains environmentADFS
    • Proven experience and problemsolvingabilities in Microsoft Windows 7 10 O.S and MS Office version365
    • Experience with SharePoint OneDrive andother Microsoft Online Tools permissions and generaladministration.
    • Proven Experience in PC/Laptopimaging deployment and troubleshooting usingSCCM
    • Familiarity with clientbased VPNtechnologies and concepts
    • Ability to workindependently and handle multiple and varied requests underpressure
    • Knowledge of Cisco IP phonesadvantage
    • Highlevel English Read/Write
