    Scope
    The Data Analyst role is designed to maximize RxS clients 340B program compliance, activity and program savings. The role will move to maximize 340B program through a combination of data analytics, program optimization and reporting.

    This position serves as the primary source for Implementation analysis of various data points (EMR data, escript data, Gateway, claims data) for all 340B-related matters.

    Essential Responsibilities
    Serve as primary RxStrategies data analytic lead for the Implementation Department.

    Obtain, scrub, compile, and interpret data using SQL and other data mining tools to transform unstructured and semi-structured data for analysis.

    Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

    Provide Account Analytics, including proactively highlighting monthly visibility into key activities and drivers impacting activity levels and driving program profitability for Gateways.

    Specific details may include primary data analyst lead on
    eMR/eRX Matching and gap analysis
    Database structure to support.
    Collaborate with Implementation, Pharmacy support team, and other internal business partners to proactively identify and service any emerging program issues or opportunities; and take lead in resolving and preventing complex issues
    Undertake all other reasonable duties as required by the Executive Team.
    Research and provide timely and accurate resolution of system issues

    Minimum Position Qualifications
    Technical Data analyst with strong SQL skills, Microsoft Suite, and Tableau
    Experience taking healthcare data and scrubbing, reconciling and preparing that data to load into data repository
    Writing SQL queries, experience working with Crystal reports, PowerBi and SSRS
    Bachelor degree preferred; will consider equivalent combination of education and experience
    An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills
    Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry related software programs. Strong Excel, Access and all database capabilities are a must.
    Strong analytical, technical and problem solving skills
    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
    Performing quality assurance
    Defining reporting and alerting requirements
    A well-organized and self-directed individual who is able to work with minimal amount of supervision
    Capability to efficiently complete tasks in a fast-paced environment
    Experience in user testing and project management
    Ability to work with peers in a team effort
    Highly organized with the ability to adapt to challenging priorities
    Experience preparing and interpreting reports
    Ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays pursuant with industry demands
    Salesforce Experience
    2-3 in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
    340b experience preferred
