- Participate in peer code and design reviews to ensure that our software components meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
- Perform unit and integration testing to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner.
- Develop a deep understanding of the application or area assigned to you, including its technical requirements and business needs.
- Adhere to coding standards and best practices to ensure that our software components are maintainable, scalable, and efficient.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of your tasks and projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry-standard best practices and techniques related to application development.
- Be available for meetings, on-call support, and off-hours support work as required.
- Ensure process adherence and participate in process improvement initiatives to continuously improve our software development processes.
- Strong development experience on.NET, including.NET Core.
- Strong knowledge of API creation and integration.
- Proficiency in SQL Server.
- Experience with Team Foundation Server, GitHub, BitBucket, and ticketing tools like TFS, ServiceNow, and JIRA.
- Experience developing multi-tier Internet/Intranet applications.
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Good knowledge of SDLC and ITIL/SOP-based processes.
- Experience working in offshore-onsite delivery teams.
- Excellent analytical and effective communication skills.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Fast learner, quality conscious, and committed to deadlines.
