- Oversee a robust sales pipeline aligned with sales plans to meet monthly quotas.
- Develop comprehensive plans to achieve sales targets, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Lead the identification and cultivation of strategic partnerships with insurance companies, brokers, and TPAs to expand our indirect sales channels.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders in insurance, brokerage, and TPA sectors to ensure alignment of partnership objectives with our business goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of sales initiatives, leveraging resources effectively.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for partnership expansion and revenue growth.
- Navigate conversations with clients by highlighting our unique selling points (USPs) that best suit their needs.
- Keep track of competitor activities and products, developing a sales strategy to maintain market edge.
- Significant and relevant experience in B2B/Corporate/Enterprise sales.
