Job description:

We are seeking a talented Java Developer to join our development team. As a Java Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our real-time projects, ensuring its robustness, scalability, and performance. The duration of the internship will be 6-months.

Responsibilities:

• Preferably 0- 1 year of professional experience in Java development.
• Possess the right mindset and eagerness to learn from experienced mentors.
• Basic understanding of SaaS applications, including product pricing strategies and catalogue management principles.
• Proficiency in Java programming language, with a focus on standard development practices.
• Familiarity with Spring Boot framework for building and deploying Java applications.
• Knowledge or willingness to learn about Kubernetes clusters and containerization technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Ability to handle development tasks, including updating and cloning existing Java REST APIs.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to actively participate in team discussions and brainstorming sessions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Java programming, with demonstrated experience in building and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance applications.
• Familiarity with using Spring Boot to develop and deploy Java applications is essential. Candidates should have experience or a strong willingness to deepen their knowledge in this framework.
• Candidates should have a basic understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) applications, including insights into product pricing strategies and catalogue management.
• Knowledge of, or a strong interest in learning about, Kubernetes and other containerisation technologies to manage application deployment and scaling.
• Experience in developing, updating, and maintaining Java REST APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to participate actively in team discussions and brainstorming sessions, and effectively share knowledge and collaborate with team members.
• A keen learner with a proactive attitude towards acquiring new skills and knowledge from experienced mentors in the field.
