Job description
We are looking for a proactive and technically strong Team Lead with 5-7 years of experience and hands-on coding expertise. The ideal candidate will lead a small development team while actively contributing to code development, architecture decisions, and technical problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Actively participate in coding, code reviews, and technical design.
- Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Design scalable and maintainable system architecture.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Identify technical risks and provide solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior developers.
- Ensure best coding practices, documentation, and version control standards.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5-7 years of total experience in software development.
- Strong hands-on coding experience in at least one technology stack , Java, Python, .NET, PHP, etc.).
- Experience with frontend or backend technologies (depending on role).
- Strong understanding of OOP, data structures, and system design basics.
- Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400, ₹600,000.00 per year
