Responsibilityof / Expectations from theRole This Position needs acandidate to Design & develop Conversational AI solutionsincluding text telephone and voice basedChatbots.
Manage the maintenance of the deliveredsolutions. Design / Develop solutions thatcan be integrated across multiple channelsDevelop & design prototypes in analytics (space of text& voice).. Design Intents andcustomize workflows as per the clientrequirement. Integrate IVR systems / IVRflows /SIP Trunks with voice Bot/ Voice Based chatbots. Experience in developing theIntents in multilingual models. Developmentexperience with REST APIs and other webservices. Understanding of Natural LanguageProcessing and required Experience with the NLP problems likeintent detection sentiment analysis etc. Candidate should possessHandson expertise in scripting NodeJS Python XML andJava Proven experience working with largescale data in Kore.
AI Contact center Technologies. Candidate should have experience intranslating business requirements into prototypedesign. Experience of implementing solutionsusing Kore.
AI Extensive problem solving andalgorithm development skills Required for high level businessproblems. Should hold certification ofcompletion in Basic and Advanced level Developer training /certifications in Kore.
AI.. ExtensiveKnowledge in training the Virtual Assistant / Agent Assists inKore.
