    What we want:

    We are seeking a candidate who has strong knowledge and hands-on experience in compliance as well as labor law.

    Vertoz is MADTech Group, helping Digital Marketers, Advertising Agencies, and Digital Media businesses with their Data-Driven Marketing, Advertising, and monetization expedition by utilizing the latest technology.

    Vertoz has developed in-house full-stack MADTech Products and acquired various components to complement.
    What You will do:


    Regulatory Compliance:

    Stay up to date with the latest laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to our operations in India, the US, the UK, and UAE and ensure that the company complies with them.



    Risk Assessment:
    Identify potential compliance risks and vulnerabilities. Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate and manage these risks effectively.


    Monitoring and Reporting:
    Implement a monitoring and reporting system to track compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management.


    Investigations:

    Lead or assist in investigations related to compliance matters, including ethics violations, fraud, or other misconduct, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.



    Audits:
    Coordinate and facilitate monthly internal audits and external compliance audits. Collaborate with auditors to address findings and implement corrective actions.


    • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with legal, finance, operations, and other departments to ensure compliance requirements are integrated into their processes and decisions.

    Regulatory Filings:

    Prepare and submit necessary regulatory filings and reports as required by Indian, US, UK, and UAE authorities like preparation & working/filling of GST, TDS, IT, PF, PT, etc.

    Financial Reporting:
    Ensuring timely financial reporting on a quarterly, half, and yearly basis as required for listed companies.

    Requirements


    • Worked with CA firm or accounts and finance department with 3+ years of experience.
    • Thorough knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
    • Basic understanding of relevant tax, accounting, and audit concepts.
