    Key Job Responsibilities:

    Build and execute a research agenda and plan in support of our thought leadership programs.


    • Conduct company mapping exercises to identify senior executives. Identify prospective candidates; build out profiles in our database.


    • Actively prepare business Intelligence, country & industry reports including Talent or Executive Search & Identification Organization Structure Mapping


    • Conduct extensive research for the client's company, competitors and market place and execute a portfolio of mandates across sectors, geographies, functions and levels


    • Map role criteria, define position description and document specifications. Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels.


    • Analyzing the market profile of a group of partners to help identify key competitors and areas of strength/weakness to be leveraged or improved.

    Deliver research-based insights - competitive analysis, SWOT analysis, topic white space, benchmarking and industry/business trends analysis etc.


    • Proactively build knowledge and take new initiatives to help the penetration of information amongst companies' contemporaries

    Knowledge & Skills Required:

    Bachelor's degree in business Statistics, business administration in market research business, communications, social science or any similar degree preferred; or equivalent experience with demonstrated proficiency.


    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail while managing competing priorities and tight time pressures


    • Good understanding of research techniques; Boolean search, , Google search, Pitch books, Capital IQ and other social media and innovative talent mapping approaches.


    • Should be a strong on talent mapping, talent sourcing and talent engagement


    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel
