    Description
    We are looking for a highly motivated Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in vendor management, excellent communication skills, managing a team, prioritizing tasks.

    The Program Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of various projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and lead a team of project managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects
    • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
    • Prioritize tasks based on business goals and customer needs
    • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to all stakeholders
    • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure the best value for the company
    • Identify process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful project delivery
    • Provide regular reports on project status to management and stakeholders
    • Write program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services
    • Tracking and hosting Incidents calls, Major & Minor to ensure SLA compliance.
    • Awareness of new product developments in our domain providing input and tactical direction to the business on Customer service and support challenges.
    • Monitor daily performances to enhance & up skill the IT Analysts and Senior IT Analysts
