- Plan and execute effective social media recruitmentstrategies that will help us attract and hire topnotchcandidates.
- Establish sourcing methods andsource candidates from platform like LinkedIn.
- Create and post detailed and transparent job ads (asneeded) that accurately reflect the requirements andresponsibilities of the positions.
- Manage thefull recruitment cycle including offer negotiation andclosing
- Send out tests assess candidatesproficiencies conduct interviews and extend job offers afterconsulting senior recruitment staff.
- Manageand monitor the candidates experience throughout the recruitmentprocess from initial engagement to onboarding andbeyond.
- Create best practice in mail andcandidate outreach messages.
- Ability to workindependently and as part of a team
Experience withapplicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitmenttechnologies - Bachelors degree in HR IT or another relatedfield
- 5 years of experience in hiring(preferably in a recruitment agency)
- Knowledgeof social media recruitment strategies and bestpractices
- Familiarity with emerging trends onprimary social media platforms including LinkedIn Facebook andInstagram
- Proficiency in ATSsystems
- Exceptional interpersonalcommunication and negotiation skills
- Excellentnetworking abilities
