We are seeking a dedicated Technical Representative to serve as the crucial link between our post sales support team and our customers and service partners. In this role you will be instrumental in facilitating post sales cases, managing escalations, and ensuring effective communication to drive customer satisfaction and service excellence.Responsibilities
