    Domnic Lewis has been mandated to hire a Lead/Head for Andheri location


    Position Overview:


    We are seeking a driven and accomplished individual to lead our finance and strategy function within our dynamic and rapidly growing organization.

    Reporting directly to the Founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth trajectory and ensuring financial excellence across the organization.


    Key Responsibilities:
    As a core member of the leadership team, you will focus on three main areas:

    • Partnering with the CEO to drive growth and profitability.
    • Establishing and maintaining worldclass financial reporting, controls, and governance systems.
    • Owning stakeholder communication, including Board meetings, investor updates, and leading capital raising initiatives as required.

    Detailed Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development and execution of quarterly and yearly operating plans and resource allocation.
    • Drive growth opportunities in channels, pricing, products, and other areas in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
    Improve process efficiencies to enhance margins while maintaining product and service quality.

    • Establish and lead a team responsible for financial, operational, and statutory reporting, including automation of reporting processes.
    • Define and monitor operating and financial metrics, setting and tracking KPIs on a regular basis.
    • Maintain the company's financial model for internal stakeholders, the Board, and investors.
    • Oversee annual budgeting and longterm strategic planning processes from a financial perspective.
    • Lead capital markets activities, including equity fundraising and debt financing, while liaising with external stakeholders.

    Required Experience:

    • CA with at least 9+ years of professional experience.
    • Strong understanding of corporate finance concepts and accounting principles.
    • Experience in developing complex financial models and reporting packages, preferably in a highgrowth environment.
    • Proven track record of leading business case analysis and planning processes, with a focus on financial strategy.
    • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; excellent communication abilities.
    • Preferred experience in debt and equity financing processes.
