    Description

    Responsibilities:

    TechnicalLeadership:
    Lead the technical design and architecture of the backend systemfor the webapplication.
    Provide guidance and mentorship to the developmentteam.
    Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align technical decisionswith businessgoals.

    BackendDevelopment:
    Handsondevelopment using Flask and other relevant backend technologies.
    Write clean maintainable and scalable code. Implement bestpractices for backend development testing and deployment.

    AWSExpertise:
    Designdeploy and maintain the backend infrastructure on AWS specificallyusing ECS and EC2.Optimize infrastructure for performancescalability and costefficiency.

    Collaboration:


    Workclosely with product managers UI/UX designers and otherstakeholders to understand requirements and deliver backendsolutions .Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure seamlessdeployment and operation of the application.


    QualityAssurance:
    Implement and oversee robusttesting processes including unit testing and integration testing.
    Conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality standards


    Documentation:
    Createand maintain comprehensive technical documentation .Ensureknowledge transfer within the team for sustainabledevelopment.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelors degree in Computer Science or relatedfield. 58 years of professional softwaredevelopment experience. Proven experiencewith backend development Flask and web applicationarchitecture. Strong expertise in AWSspecifically ECS and EC2. Previousexperience leading a development team. Solidunderstanding of software engineering principles and bestpractices. Passion for contributing to thesuccess and growth of a startup. Excellentcommunication and collaborationskills.

    Niceto Have:
    Experience with microservices architecture.
    Familiarity with Docker andcontainerization. Knowledge of DevOpspractices forCI/CD.
