    Job Responsibilities :

    Sales Strategy Development:

    Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics that align with organizational goals.

    Create compelling sales presentations and proposals to showcase the value of our EdTech solutions.

    Achieving Sales Targets:

    Achieve ambitious sales targets, both individually and as part of the broader sales team.

    Monitor and report on sales metrics, providing regular updates on progress toward goals.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

    Provide valuable insights to enhance product offerings and marketing campaigns.

    Training and Development:

    Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the EdTech space.

    Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training programs.

    Ideal Persona :

    Min 2 Years of experience in Sales Team management

    Experience in top line and bottom line funnel management

    Good in communication and confident

    Ed-tech experience mandate

    Good Google sheet Skills
