Senior IT Manager

Experience: 10+ yrs.

Location: Pune (Hybrid)

We are seeking an IT Manager, who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities and supporting the IT Apps, IT Security and ERP functions. Someone who can lead cross-functional teams and demonstrates superior trouble shooting skills and has extensive knowledge in monitoring and alerting mechanisms. This position is operationally responsible for ensuring the availability, integrity, and security for all IT systems and overall responsibility for planning and deployment of projects, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of all IT systems, networks, and applications to support our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the technology IT strategy and execution for the enterprise
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of all IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications systems.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, solutions, and upgrades to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their IT needs and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Develop and manage IT budgets, forecasts, and expenditures.
• Monitor and analyze IT performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, troubleshooting IT issues as needed.
• Development of enterprise standards and technology architecture and the IT operations governance process
• Setup and run the Governance with the partners. Build strategic relationships for creating value for the organization.
• Provide in depth technical expertise for both tactical and operational initiatives
• To creates tools and automated workflow capabilities to enable the business's software engineering teams to test and promote code across the engineering department
• To build, configure, and maintain the framework, tools, and systems that enable optimal performance.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
• Proven experience with IT infrastructure planning, deployment, and maintenance.
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
• Expertise in data center management and data governance
• Strong knowledge of networking, security, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks effectively.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNA, ITIL) are a plus.
