We're looking for a smart and motivated senior software engineer to help us map the world's workforce management.

Workforce management software is a tool that helps organisations optimise employee efficiency and productivity, encompassing functions like scheduling, attendance tracking, and compliance monitoring.

Workforce management software can also provide data-driven insights, self-service capabilities, and predictive analytics to help managers align their HR activities with their business goals.

JOB DESCRIPTION and RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Developing IOS App Using Swift
• Improving existing APIs and building new, unittested APIs
• Designing new features for portions of the product
• Contributing to our engineering culture that emphasizes strong architectural design, collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Optimizing the performance and reliability of our platform and ensuring we meet our SLAs.
• Able to work in Individual Contributor role taking full accountability of the work, quality, and delivery.
• Should be able to provide overlap for 23 hours with US counterparts at evening time.

Required Skills :

Key competencies to be successful at this position :

• 8+ years working in the software industry.
• 6+ years developing IOS app using swift.
• 6+ years integrating the applications with external API's, databases, services using Restful, JSON, XML or other formats and protocols.
• Deep understanding of IOS frameworks such as UIKit, CoreData, CoreAnimation etc.
• Experience with ios SDK and its various components.
• Must have working experience on any automation frameworks like Appium/XCTest and XCUITest/OCMock etc.
• Understanding of Apples design principles and interface guidelines.
• 2+ years implementing RESTbased APIs (in any language preferred Java/Kotlin)
• 2+ years working within AWS/Azure.
• 2+ years of working experience with MySQL database.
• 2+ years JavaScript (React) (good to have but if not having knowledge, then eager to learn).
• Ability to identify and discuss pros/cons when making software design decisions.
• Experience building components in an Agile and iterative environment.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Strong knowledge of Agile Methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies
• High level of curiosity, creativity, tenacity, and thoughtfulness
• Demonstrated ability to learn functionality quickly and be comfortable when things are unfamiliar or change
• High level of problem solving and troubleshooting ability
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, and scale workload
• To keep track of the work assignments assigned to self.

Education :

• Bachelor's (BE, BTech) or master's degree (MCA, MTech, MSc) )
