The Senior Manager – Cloud & Digital Strategy will help the Cloud/Digital Strategy practice lead (PL) outof Hyderabad/Bangalore.

S/he will be responsible for supporting the PL in managing the relationships with MD's and Partner's for the Acceleration Center's growth, strategic agenda, delivery of projects, staff engagement, capacity planning/management.

S/he will build a culture of continuous improvement and will work closely with the business leaders andexecutive leadership team.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Appian Developer Manager to lead our team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the Appian platform.

The successful candidate will be responsible for development, managing projects, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client requirements.

ResponsibilitiesLead a team of Appian developers in the design, development, and implementation of solutions using the Appian platform.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop technical specifications.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, including code reviews, best practices, and mentoring.

Ability to work independently as well as in a highly collaborative, team-based environment.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity, quality, and efficiency.

Stay current with Appian platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to ensure the team remains at the forefront of technology.

Flexible to work in different time zones.

Act as a subject matter expert on the Appian platform, providing guidance and support to both internal teams and clients.

Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.

Skills & QualificationsB.E/B.Tech (Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Comp. Science)/MCA with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience.

Minimum of 10+ years of experience working with the Appian platform, including design, development, and implementation.

5+ years of experience in configuring, debugging, and systems integration including configuring forms, reports, underlying logic, and interface components as a developer.

5+ years of experience with relational databases and SQL scripting

Strong technical skills in Appian development, including knowledge of Appian SAIL, Process Modeler, Records based applications, CDTs, Datastore, Authentication in Appian (SSO/ LDAP/ Client VPN), third-party integration services (REST/SOAP) and Appian architecture.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading and mentoring technical teams.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome technical challenges.

Experience working with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Building of Technical Assets and Accelerators

Knowledge of Java/J2EE platform is a good to have.

Should cross skill and cross train as per the business requirements.

Ability to mentoring and train junior team members both in Appian and other technical skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome technical challenges.

Proven experience managing a team of developers in an Agile environment.

Work location:
Applicant should be willing to work from Hyderabad/Bengaluru (Bangalore) locations.

Applicant should be willing to work in second shift (2pm – 11pm).

Certification Preferred:
L1/L2 Appian certification(s) preferred, L3 is a good to have.
