    Job Description:

    As a Senior SCADA Engineer at HITACHI ENERGY TECHNOLOGY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, you will be responsible for managing completion of all engineering activities efficiently and cost-effectively. Your mission is to act as the responsible project engineer for SCADA engineering and testing of Substation Automation systems, ensuring timely delivery within targeted costs.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Ensure completion of all engineering activities efficiently and cost-effectively, in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
    • Hands-on experience with Micros CADA / RTU Applications.
    • Tools experience – IET, ITT, Automation Builder, Multiprong, equivalent with Third-party Scada systems would be an added advantage.
    • SCADA Protocols - DNP3, Modbus, IEC 60870-5-101, IEC 60870-5-104, SPA, LON, and IEC 61850.
    • Basic knowledge on Protection functions and substation equipment.
    • Bachelor's degree or BE/B.Tech.
    • Must have 7-8 years of experience in SCADA, System Architecture design, and engineering function executing medium-size projects from 66kV to 765kV.
    • In-depth product knowledge of Hitachi and competitors.
    • Working knowledge & understanding of control & protection systems and communication protocols.
    • Design tools – AutoCAD, E3, MicroStation & Microsoft Vision.
