We are seeking talented Channel Producer, who are well versed with the digital content, and can help us deliver exceptional content and experiences to our audience.

Responsibility:

• Manage end-to-end production; from creative development to execution. Ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Collaborate closely with the content team, including producers, directors, writers, and editors, to develop creative concepts and strategies for video content that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand identity.
• Ideate and pitch ideas for new original video content(long-form and short-form) to meet video production goals.
• Develop comprehensive content decks, presentations, and pitch materials to communicate creative concepts, content strategies, and project plans effectively to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Responsible for talent scouting and identification of potential collaborators for video content. Tasks include assessing talent suitability for video projects and facilitating agreements for their participation.
• Provide strategic guidance and feedback on content development, helping to refine ideas, enhance storytelling techniques.
• Manage logistics to ensure a smooth workflow and timely completion of the projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and audience preferences to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
• Collaborate with influencers, experts, and partners to enhance the overall quality and reach of the content.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience as a creative producer, content producer, or similar role, with a portfolio of successful video content and demonstrated expertise in video production, storytelling, and visual communication.
• Strong creative vision and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to generate original ideas, develop compelling concepts, and execute them effectively to achieve creative and business objectives.
• Proficiency in all aspects of video production, including scriptwriting, directing, cinematography, editing, and post-production, with hands-on experience using industry-standard equipment and software(Adobe).
• Knowledge of digital media platforms, online video trends, and audience behavior, with a passion for YouTube and digital content creation.
