- Lead and direct team to ensure excellent Facilities Management at PAN India to deliver best Facilities and administration standards.
- Monitor day to day operations of facilities, assess and effectively bringing in cost effective changes in line with A70 Strategy and Vision.
- Monitor Govt norms/ statutory developments and compliances for adherence in related areas.
- Driving ownership for complying as per company policies, rules and regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices, food safety, hygiene, cleanliness and fire.
- Develop, manage and plan execution of New Offices Pan India, office redesign & appropriate tools to conduct Facility Audits, quality adherences action planning and communicate appropriately to key stakeholders
- Monitoring smooth running of all Office includes taking care of Office lease renewal and site selection whenever required.
- Responsible for smooth operations for Cafeteria Services, Employee Cab, Shuttles and Employee Events.
- Responsible for smooth operation of Housekeeping and Security of all office PAN India.
- Responsible for Managing Vendors mainly responsible for delivering services within Facilities and Administration area along with Local Procurement team.
- Responsible for ensuring the right Visitor Experience and arrangements whenever required.
