Optometrist – Eyewear Specialist (Minimum 2 Years Experience)

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Optometrist to join our team and provide exceptional eye care services to our customers

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive eye examinations using state-of-the-art equipment.

Diagnose and manage a variety of vision problems, including nearsightedness, farsightedness, astigmatism, and presbyopia.

Prescribe corrective eyeglasses and contact lenses, considering patients' needs, preferences, and lifestyles.

Educate patients on proper eye care practices and hygiene.

Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.

Effectively communicate with patients of all ages, explaining diagnoses, treatment options, and product benefits in a clear and concise manner.

Demonstrate strong sales skills by recommending appropriate eyewear solutions and exceeding sales targets.

Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in optometry and eyewear technology.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Optometry (BOptom) degree from a recognized university in India.

Registration with the Optometry Council of India (OCI).

Minimum 2 years of experience working in a clinical or retail optometry setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients.

Strong customer service orientation and a passion for exceeding expectations.

Proven sales experience and the ability to achieve sales goals.

Proficient in computer software used in optometry practices (e.g., practice management software).
