Position Overview :

As a Senior Technical Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and architecture of our technology solutions.

You will work closely with cross - functional teams to understand business requirements, define technical strategies, and ensure alignment with our long - term goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, architecture design, and a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and priorities.

- Develop architecture blueprints, design patterns, and technical standards to guide development teams.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations for adoption based on business needs and industry trends.
• Conduct code reviews, performance analysis, and architectural assessments to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement through the optimization of processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on technical architecture topics and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in software development with a focus on architecture design.
• Proven track record of architecting and delivering complex, enterprise level solutions.

- Expertise in software design principles, design patterns, and architectural styles.

• Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.

- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms like AWS

• Experience with microservices architecture, containerization, and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Certification in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
• Knowledge of industry specific regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience with modern front end frameworks and technologies (e.g., React, Angular, ).
• Previous experience in mentoring and coaching junior architects and developers.
