In this pivotal role, you will play a key leadership role,overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing strategy and execution.

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to achievestudent enrollment targets.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g.,Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Marketing).
• Oversee affiliate marketing partnerships and ensure their effectiveness in drivingqualified leads.
• Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing mentorship andguidance to ensure their growth and success.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders like brand, admissions andacademic departments to align digital campaigns with broader university goals.
• Analyze campaign performance data, identify opportunities for improvement andimplement A/B testing to optimize results.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the digital marketinglandscape and recommend innovative strategies.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing leadership role.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful digitalmarketing campaigns for lead generation, preferably in higher education.
• Strong understanding of SEM, social media marketing, and affiliate marketingprinciples.
• Experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns acrossvarious platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate datainsights into actionable strategies.
• Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
