Description

Responsibilities:

1.Site visit for projects and well versed in taking and knowing all other measurement.

2. Oversee the activities and performance of contractors and suppliers

3. Coordination in verification of material & vendor/supplier claims.

4. Coordinating with Client in all site work activities under the guidance of Project Manager.

5.To follow the project construction schedule on a daily basis.

6. Raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site meetings and resolve all.

7. Quality checking of materials received at site as per the Work Order/Purchase Order.

8. Control and monitor labor, material and equipment's and all related matters.

9.Make suggestions and recommendations for repair

10. Coordinate with PMC, H.O. & Accounts Team

11.Make daily site reports
