Trade Trainer

• They must expertly showcase the proper and safe use of various hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment relevant to trade. They highlight the correct handling, maintenance, and safety precautions for each tool.
• Demonstrators show how to correctly prepare and apply construction materials, like mortar, plaster, paint, or adhesives, ensuring students understand consistency, application methods, and finishing techniques.
• After a demonstration, the demonstrator observes students as they replicate the task, providing immediate feedback, correcting mistakes, and offering one-on-one guidance.
• Troubleshooting: They help students troubleshoot common problems encountered during practical exercises, like an uneven brick course or a faulty electrical connection.
