    Description

    • Recruiting Sellers/Brand Owners and managing their relationship by championing their needs at Amazon
    • Facilitate onboarding of sellers onto different levers and programs and encourage sellers to add more selection
    • Monitor sellers' performance closely to understand the gaps if there are any and help the seller to improve the visibility of the shipping to the customers

    We are looking for a bright and motivated individual to build their career with our Existing Seller/Customer Management team.


    To join our team you have to:

    • Work autonomously and deal with ambiguity
    • Identify root causes of customer/carrier problems and drive resolution instantly
    • Be flexible and adaptable to learn new processes
    • Able to work independently with minimal support
    • Know how to work with MS Office tools like Excel, Word and be able to fetch data using existing SQL Queries
    Key job responsibilities

    • Be able to speak native like Spanish Language
    • Inclined to work in a calling role
    • Be able to convince the prospect in their mother tongue i.e. Spanish

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • B2.2/C1/C2 Certification in Spanish Language and Bachelor degree and 0 to 3 years of relevant working experience (preferably in Sales/account management)
    • Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) applications
    • Excellent communication skills in written and oral English with the ability to face external and internal partners in a professional and mature manner.
    • Interest in eCommerce/Online business.
    • Desire to work in a fastpaced, challenging environment and passion for delivering great customer experience is required.
    • Attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel
    • Creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for operational excellence
