    Job Description
    PRODUCTION SUPPORT ENGINEER LEVEL 1/ 2
    Missions:
    • Supervise and control the availability of the production environment and control the production backups
    • Monitor the smooth running of batch processing of production and test environments
    • Provide Level 1 and 2 support, and contribute to resolving incidents and problems
    • Inform the business lines of any deterioration and/or interruption of services
    • Coordinate the provision of test environments within the given timeframe
    • Write and update operating documentation and takeover instructions
    • Contribute in maintaining and optimizing internal system management processes, within a framework based on ITIL, with a service management tool.
    Prerequisites :
    • A degree in Computer Science (at least 2 years in higher education), with previous experience in a similar position
    • Very good knowledge of Unix and Windows environment and Scheduling tools (Control-m ideally)
    • Team Spirit and Strong client service orientation.
