Designation: Customer support Executive.
Shift Timings:
Male - 03 PM to 12 AM
Female 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
Total CTC- 170,000/ Annual
Take home monthly salary INR 12,300/ + 1000/- (Incentive)
Training shift Morning shift
Qualification 12th / Graduate
Exp Freshers/ Experienced
Skills:
Marathi Mandatory & Basic English
Six days working & Weekly off (Rotational)
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Resolve the queries of Customers.
2. Inbound & Outbound Calling / Data Maintenance.
3. Providing complete information about the product to the customer.
