    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Oracle Agile PLM Business Systems Analyst and Developer with a strong background in Business Analysis and Development for an Intuitive offshore role, specifically within the medical device industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Agile PLM implementation and a proven track record in designing and delivering comprehensive PLM solutions for medical device companies.

    This position is responsible to operate as an analyst and developer and for the PLM business Processes.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Meet with users and functional team to gather business logics, discussing with all stake holders to understand the workflows to propose the best automated solutions.
    • Write requirements, design, and specifications documents.
    • Liaise with customer representatives to understand the needs of business.
    • Work closely with users to fully understanding their issues, requirements and challenges to help provide a solution that will be best suited for their need.
    • Directly participate in the analysis, configuration, development, and implementation of Agile IT Business Systems and work closely with the Analyst.
    • Analyze business processes, needs, and requests and recommend, develop solutions using system standards and best practices.
    • Analyze and develop Oracle Agile PLM application through configurations and/or custom development.
    • Develop the web applications for Agile PLM within the guidance of senior developers on the team.
    • Analyze, and develop the business data reports using the Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) and Oracle product lifecycle Analytics (OPLA) tools.
    • Prepare data migration strategies and run data loads to get legacy data into Agile PLM applications using the ETL tools, Oracle agile PLM data load tool, File load or Import.
    • Develop and maintain workflows, searches, reports, dashboards criteria logic and approval routings design in Agile PLM application.
    • Agile Administration including planning, Installation, Customization, Deployment/Implementation, and clustering.
    • Collect and implement service packs, patches to fix issues identified.
    • Monitor system performance to ensure proper operation and providing the technical support for system maintenance or use.
    • Prepare the operational reports and procedural documents. Conduct fit/gap analysis, use case scenarios, and other solution design documents to determine where Oracle Agile PLM could improve effectiveness of company systems.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience on Agile 9.3.3 PLM or above and similar PLM systems. Preferably medical device or life sciences industry.
    • Experience on SAP (ERP solution), MES (Manufacturing Execution System), EDW (reporting solutions)
    • Minimum Bachelor's or undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
    • Experience supporting and administering Agile 9.3.3 or above.
    • Experience supporting, and developing Agile ACS code, Agile API SDK based customizations and developing Process Extensions.
    • Experience with Java based web applications is preferred
    • Experience with Java/J2EE, Excel API experience with ability to build reporting is preferred.
    • Detailed development of specification documents for development requirements
    • Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
