    Position Overview:
    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Executive to join our Human Resources department.

    The HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.

    The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive HR knowledge, and the ability to drive HR initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.


    Responsibilities:
    *Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
    *Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
    *Oversee employee relations and ensure a positive work environment, including handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions
    *Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee productivity and engagement
    *Design and deliver training programs to develop employees' skills and enhance their performance
    *Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration
    *Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and statutory, including PF, ESI, LWF, TDS, Professional Tax
    *Manage HR metrics and analytics to track key HR performance indicators and provide insights to management
    *Lead and develop the HR team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the department's success


    Requirements:
    *Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
    *Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role, with at least 3 years of experience in HR leadership positions
    *In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
    *Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
    *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization
    *Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex HR issues effectively
    *Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
    *Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications
