Senior Unity Developer – AAA Wild West Poker Mobile Game

Job description
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Unity Developer to complete the development of a stylized "Wild West 1890s" Texas Hold'em poker mobile game.
The project already has a strong visual foundation, including production-ready environments, lighting, and a core UI.Your mission is to take these assets and transform them into a fully functional, server-authoritative, AAA-feeling multiplayer experience inspired by the polish and immersion of Red Dead Redemption 2.
Project Scope:
The work is divided into 5 clear phases (all detailed in the attached technical document):
Phase 0:
Audit & Alignment – Technical audit, project setup, and finalizing the 6-seat expansion plan.
Phase 1:
Multiplayer Core – Hardening the SignalR connectivity and implementing a server-driven game engine.
Phase 2:
Live UI & 3D Pot – Wiring the existing UI to real-time data and building a physical 3D chip system.
Phase 3:
AAA Animations & Camera – Implementing RDR2-style card handling (cards parented to hands), uniform rigging for 4 characters, and a cinematic camera state machine.
Phase 4:
Audio, Voice & QA – Integrating LiveKit voice chat, full audio systems, and mobile optimization (iPhone 13 Pro Max baseline).
Technical Requirements:
Unity & URP Expert.
Deep experience with SignalR or similar real-time networking.
Advanced Cinemachine knowledge (for automated cinematic orchestration).
Experience with LiveKit SDK for voice integration.
Strong understanding of 3D Animation Rigging (Blender to Unity pipeline).
Experience in Mobile Optimization for high-end devices.
Payment & Delivery:
This is a Fixed Price contract for the entire scope of work as defined in the attached "GamePlay Unity duc (.docx".
Payments will be released based on milestones upon the completion and acceptance of each Phase/Sprint.
