- Identify training needs of subordinates and plan with HR department
- Conduct on job training to enhance skills and knowledge of people
- Monitor and review performance of sub-ordinates
- Ability to handle day to day maintenance and installation of all type of field instruments
- Proficiency in PLC/DCS installation and logic building, experience in YOKOGAWA DCS operation is preferred
