    Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, HRO, (Time& Attendance and Payroll)

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and compile payroll inputs received from outside of Workday (or its replacement) - Payroll earnings and deductions as per country (US) requirements.

    • Manage and administer time keeping data.

    • Time and attendance data collation and submission to payroll vendor.

    • Update holiday / PTO balances and accruals

    • Administer Leaves

    • Share pre-payroll inputs with country (US) specific payroll vendors as per defined timelines.

    • Process adjustments and additional payments (including reversals, corrections, and severance payments, stocks, and equity).

    • Process yearend tax statements.

    • Perform payroll and time audits and reconciliation.

    • Follow quality requirements and act in compliance to local Laws and regulations.

    • Perform additional responsibilities from quality area, leading improvements, providing trainings.

    • Maintain process documentation.

    • Deep understanding of quality & compliance for North America local laws & regulations.

    Qualifications we seek in you
    Minimum Qualifications

    • Any Graduate / Postgraduate

    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills in English

    • Expert in MS Excel, and creation of reports and dashboards

    • Relevant experience in US payroll processing

    • Relevant experience in US Time & Attendance management
