    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Lead to join our team. As an Automation Test Lead, you will be responsible for leading the automation testing efforts across multiple projects. You will work closely with project managers, developers, and quality assurance teams to define test strategies, develop automation frameworks, and ensure the quality of software releases. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, expertise in test automation tools and frameworks, and a passion for delivering high-quality software.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Lead the automation testing efforts for multiple projects, including defining test strategies, designing automation frameworks, and implementing automated test scripts.
    2. Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and developers to understand project requirements and identify test scenarios.
    3. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or similar.
    4. Implement best practices for test automation, including code review, version control, and continuous integration.
    5. Mentor and train team members on test automation techniques, tools, and best practices.
    6. Analyze test results and work with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
    7. Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.
    8. Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in test automation and recommend improvements to the testing process.
    9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases.
    10. Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    2. Proven experience in leading automation testing efforts for software development projects.
    3. Strong proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or similar.
    4. Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar.
    5. Experience with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
    6. Knowledge of software testing best practices, methodologies, and techniques.
    7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    8. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    9. Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

    ISTQB or similar software testing certifications are preferred
